I believe I have a Revolutionary land Warrant issued to James Hawkins, 2 Apr 1784, in Burke County. Would someone advise me how to find that Warrant/Grant for land? Or his War Record? He was a Private, awarded 640 acres, and he would be 20 years old in 1784. Ruth Muller
