I don't know how much of this information you already have, but I did a little searching on William Sanford Cline and Lula Erwin and this is what I found.
1900 US Census
Lamph Cline (31) reads as 'Sampson' to me, born Dec 1868
Lula Cline (26), born Jan 1874
Haddie Cline (6) reads as 'Hessie' to me, born May 1894
Wassel Cline (4) reads as 'Waarel' to me, born Feb 1896
Fred Cline (11/12), born Jun 1899
Guy Cline (11/12), born Jun 1899
Also lists Dolphus Ewin as a boarder.

I couldn't find anything for Hester Cline after the 1910 census, so don't know what happened to her.
Aarel Cline married Horace J Reep and here's the info on them -

Guy Cline (20) - brother in law
(Apparently Fred and Guy moved in with their sister after their father remarried and are included in both 1920 census listings.)
The North Carolina Birth register shows the following children for Horace and Aarel -
Bill Blake Reep - 9 Nov 1919
Pearl Edna Reep - 6 Sep 1921
Mayfa Reep - 8 Oct 1925
Kathryn Ann Reep - 21 Apr 1928
It appears that Aarel died between giving birth to Kathryn and the 1930 census as the census lists the following -

Catherine D Rup (63) - wife
Mattie Rup (25) - daughter
Guy Rup (20) - son
Billie Rup (10) - grandson (Bill Blake)
Pearl Rup (8) - granddaughter (Pearl Edna)
Bonnie Rup (6) - granddaughter
Mallie Rup (4) - granddaughter (Mayfa)
Catherin Rup (2) - granddaughter (Kathryn Ann)
Two households below this listing is -
Earl Ruf (34) head and wd (This is Horace Reep)
Finl Cline (29) - brother (This is Fred Cline)
I wasn't able to find anything for Guy Cline for 1930.
I don't know where anyone is buried, but these are the death listings I could find. Not sure if they're the same people or not.

Not listed in my Burke County cemetery listings though.
Fred R Cline (39)
Died 7 Apr 1939 in Catawba County
Guy R Cline (54)
Died 14 Dec 1953, no county listed
