I am searching for any information on Jeremiah Clarke, b. ca. 1778 and d. 1832. He married Eleanor Boone (a descendent of Israel Boone)in 1804 in Burke Co., NC.

Jeremiah is said to be the son of Alexander Clarke and Joanna May. Jeremiah may be buried in Burke Co., NC.

I have not been able to prove where Jeremiah died or was buried nor am I able to prove that his parents were Alexander and Joanna.

I would greatly appreciate any information on these Clarkes. Thanks in advance!
