Who are the Allen Stokes & Jonas Stokes in the 1800 Census for Burke Co, NC?

Does anyone know who the Jonas (or Jones) Stokes is that is living next to Allen Stokes in Burke County, NC (North Carolina), in the 1800 Census?

The census shows that this Jonas Stokes was born no later than 1755.

The census shows that the Allen Stokes was born sometime between 1756-1774.

Does anyone know where these Stokeses fit in? I assume that I know where this Allen Stokes fits in, but I don't know who this Jonas/Jones Stokes is.
