I'd love to be able to help with this inquiry, but cannot.

I am searching for my ancestor Larkin John Austin born in ALA about 1820. He married Edness/Edny Patterson who was from TN.

This couple's younger daughter, Arabella Austin, was born in 1856 in TX, married Thomas Christopher Cook, and moved to Elmore City, OK.

With that said, it would be great to discover the ancestry of Larkin John/John Larkin Austin. Several sources said he was a lawyer, but other sources say he was a farmer.
