I have the following information: Father: Lewis Edward Black (1876-1962) Mother of children 1-4: Varina I. Barrier(1879-?) Mother of children 6-10 : Bertie Waters 1885 - ?) Children: 1. Raymond E. Black (1905-?) married?? 2. Idalia S. Black (10/26/1900 -?) married?? 3. Theodore Barrier Black (12/4/1902 - 5/17/1982) married Sadie B. Clawson 4. Curtis Lee Black (11/13/1898 - 11/23/1983) married Mary M. McInnis 5. Grace Iphma Black (7/4/1910 - 7/16/1994) never married?? 6. Clarence Dewey Black (3/10/1908 -3/21/1971) married Hallie Rainey 7. Mary Elizabeth Black (7/18/1912 -?) married?? 8. Gladys Mae Black (6/8/1915 - 2/7/1992) married twice: (1) a man named ?Charles? Pfoertner (2) Earl Brooks Bloxom 9. Ollie Louise Black (6/5/1917 - 4/11/1993) divorced a man named Williams 10. Bertie Elaine Black (11/25/1919 -?) married?? I have been unable to find any of the ??'s or any of the actual marriage records for these children. Very strange. Any help appreciated. Sheridan "Butch" Barringer, Newport News, VA
