I have Henry Oliver File (b. 4 Jul 1776?, d. 18 Jun 1836 in Bond Co. IL) as the son of Jacob File (1757-1797)and Unknown mother.
I have Jacob File was the son of Johannes Pieter Pfeil and he had two known siblings, George (1750-1797) and John File (b. 1755).
These appear to be the three male progenitors of the File/Foil family in Cabarrus, Rowan and Stanly Co. NC
I have 11 children for Henry File and his two wives.
