Hello Nina
Yes that was my posting on Jessie P and Mariah.
We have been to the cemetary 4-5 times.
We are having a hard time finding where Britton (Brittain) and Margaret Jane are buried, we think they could have been burried on their land.
We lost a good friend this past year,Charles Chester, who lived in Georgia, he was descended from Britton's brother Thomas,who died in 1850 from epilepsy, the last census that Britton and Margaret show up.
I talked to him about four days before he died, he had just got out of the hospital,and said he thought he was going to be alright.
We shared alot of information about the family, It was a big loss, as he had a great amount of information on the Chester family.
Keep me posted on any new information you run across.
I will try to find the picture of Jessie Britton and send it to you.
We have been taking some time off on our research, with five granddaughters it keeps us busy.
