What happened to Stuart Warren on 1800 census Caswell

Stuart Warren - He was born in Person Co. NC. He married Catherine Oliver. There are on the 1800 census for Caswell, they had a daughter born 1805 in Robertson Co. TN, he disappears 1805 or 1806 after daughter Elizabeth was born. There is no 1810 census for Tennessee and he does not appear on a 1820 census for Tennessee. He either died or moved to some other place.
