John Wesley Wisher was born in Ohio, June 23, 1840 And married Elizabeth Ashton who was born Jan. 13, 1849 inMarion Co, Il. I have Cherokee in my bloodline and an wondering if there might be some info on that in Ohio. My Grandmother was 1/4 Cherokee . John and Elizabeth would have been my Gr. Gr. Grandparents. Grandma Clara H (Peifer) Strohecker and Charles Strohecker had 7 kids, 1 was my father, Karl, who has also died. Any help would be appreciated. Margaruite ( Strohecker) Snyder
