I am pleased to see that people are still looking back as far as the post in 2008, that renews my hope that I may find who I am looking for after all. Unfortunately the James Haney in my heritage was born around 1800 and married Caroline they had one child which is my great grandfather times 4 James, James was the son of Sam/Samuel(NUKS)Haney who was 1/2 Cherokee Indian.
