The abstract of John Falconer's will appeared in "Abstract of North Carolina Wills, 1690 - 1760" by J. Bryan Grimes. The book's title page suggests that this a will filed with the secretary of state... if so I would try first:
FHL US/CAN Film 1548453: Wills and estate papers (Chowan County), 1663-1978 , North Carolina. Division of Archives and History (Raleigh, North Carolina)
and then
FHL US/CAN Film 18476 Wills, 1694-1808 North Carolina. County Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions (Chowan County)
The FHL designation is the LDS Family History Library designation for the microfilms containing the information. The microfilm can be requested for viewing through most of the local family history libraries with the LDS Church.
As for the family of John Frazier and Mary Falconer, I've never typed up the notes that I have for this family except for the abstract of John Frazier's will which is listed below:
JOHN FRAZIER of Carteret County, planter, dated 17 Feb 1743
... Wife Mary use of plantation during life, but one third if she remarried.
... Children: (if any... should die before they are of age), slaves & personal property to all, except home plantation to son John at his mothers decease.
... Children: John, James, Thomas, Daniel & Mary. $100 in hands of Cary Godbe be applied to schooling of the children.
... Executor wife Mary.
... Trustees Col. Thomas Lovick, Mr. David Shepard, & Geo. Read. Signed by mark.
... Witnessed: Sarah (her x mark) Johnson , William (his x mark) Dennis, Thomas Mann
