Henyard Duncan death date

Hi Everyone.
I need some help.
I am trying to find out where the death date of Sep-15-1895 for Henyard Duncan originated. It appears to me that the source of the date may be the "People of Columbus" book. On page 164 of the book it lists Henyard as dying 15-Sep-1895 with a DE reference code. The DE reference is "Labon Cemetery, Dulah NC". This is refering to the Duncan Cemetery at Dulah which some folks used to call the Laban Smith Cemetery in the past. There is not a marker for Henyard there.
I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the old index for the Labon Smith cemetery that the folks that did the book did. It was online years ago but was removed for some reason. It may be in one of the "They're Buried in Our Past" books. If any of you have a copy, could you check that for me?
Or if anyone has an email address for the folks that did the book that would be great. I'm trying to find what the source of the date is.
I haven't been able to find a basis for that date yet.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Tom
