Jimmy,

I am chasing elusive Coxes in the Pitt, Bertie, Craven counties area. My James Cox was born c 1800 and moved to Crawford County, IL in the mid-1830s. I believe his wife was Keziah/Kissie Mills.

James may have been the son of Benjamin Cox, Sr. who died in Bertie County in 1804.

Do we connect in any way?
