Thanks for the added information. I did not have Lydia's last name. Unfortunately, Lydia was a popular name in the White family, as was Patrick and Henry, so I am not sure which Patrick was her father. But I think it is safe to assume Joshua and Lydia were cousins.

Ref your paragraph about Solomon: Who is William Byrd, is he the author of a particular book? The Solomon he refers to must be the son of Solomon. Solomon, son of Patrick & Elizabeth died between 27 Sep 1734 and 3 Feb 1735. I don't have a date of death for his son Solomon.
