I found a handwritten warrant dated Nov 2 1889, State of North Carolina, Davidson County. It contains the names Jane Hayworth, Perry Green, R. Green JP, and W. S. Ward Dep. The judgement is entered on Nov 28, 1889. It was found in an envelope with a postmark "KNOXVILLE TENN MAY 9 12 PM, '02" and on the back a postmark "HIGH POINT, NC MAY 10 1 PM 1902 REC'D". The envelope was addressed to "Chloe Yokley Wallburg Davidson Co NC" and was from "Department of the Interior". The envelope was in a book, "THE CODE OF NORTH CAROLINA ENACTED MARCH 2, 1883 IN 2 VOLUMES VOLUME 1". If anyone wants to see this document, reply to this forum and I will scan it and post it somewhere you can see it.
