I have been unable to locate these creeks on a map. Could someone tell me if they are all connected and if they’re all in Davidson County, where they are located?

Abbotts Creek
Jimmys (Jamey?) Creek
Hamby Creek

Could separate land grants showing these three creeks have been considered part of the same settlement in the 1700s?
