Burial information about James or Betsy High -- Lowes Grove

I am seeking information about the ultimate burial site of my ggg grandparents, James and Elizabeth(Betsy ) High. They were the parents of Charles T. High, who, in turn, was the father of Sidney, Melvin, W.T. , Victor, Mattie, and Herman. James died in approx. 1901 and Betsy in approx. 1907. They lived in the Lowe's Grove/Cary area and were, intially, buried in the a cemetary in that area. However, as this was to become part of the RTP, it is my understanding that a descendent, Robt. Downey, had their burial sites removed. However, he is now deceased and it is impossible to know to where they might have been removed.

Your assistance would be very much appreciated on this matter, as well as any additional information about the individuals mentioned above.
