Frances Hutchins ( f ) b 1797, mother of
Silas b abt 1829
Nancy b abt 1820
Katherine ( Kitty, Catie ) b abt1823
Jane ( Sarah Jane ?) b abt1836
Andrew Jackson (Jack ) b abt1834
Demaris b abt 1831.
In the 1880 Census all listed in Durham Township, Orange Co.
Jack was married to Elizabeth Herndon Blalock and had one son William Saunders Hutchins b 1858. Jack died at Gettysburg July 1, 1863. Both Jack and brother Silas were privates in Co C, 6th NC Infantry CSA.
