Hello, and thank you for takin the time to read this... I have been searching for my Great great grandpa James Thomas Ray, and his family.. He was born May 1859 NC died 1948 in Newton, NC. while visiting his son ( My Great grandpa) James Walter Ray.(Walter). He was shipped back to Durham, NC for burial.. He was married to Sarah F Watson, and had 3 other children. Charlie S. Ray boirn april 1883 NC, Archie W Ray born june 1892, My Grandpa James Walter Ray born Sept. 1886, and a G. Ceciro Ray born feb. 1882... I cant figure out the first name of Ceciro, so i put his initial, which i think is G. James Thomas Ray and Sarah F Watson, were both previously married befor they married each other, but i don't know to whom... But I do know, that they lived and died in Orange and Durham County, NC. I found out a few good things on Archie W Ray, his son, and my great grandpa James Walter Ray. However, Charlie S Ray and G. Ceciro and Sarah Watson his wife, have been hiding from me.... I have been searching for this family for almost a ful;l year, and still no luck on finding the information i need, ... i am reaching out for help... Maybe there is a Ray Book out there somewhere.. I have never tried a book lookup, but i hear everyone online talking about family books.... I cannot find a birth, or marriage on any of these people that i have mention in this letter... If you cant offer any help, will you please tell me what else i can do in order to progress with this.. Thank you, and God Bless... Rhonda Ray
