Sorry I have been so long in my reply. I do not have any info. about Mary Josie Crisp Garland. but I do note this bit of info that may give you a clue about her.
My info showes a Iva Garland that Married John Martin Crisp He was born March 26, 1868 and died Nov. 19, 1900. A lot of Crisp Live in Graham Co. especially Robbinsville and Stecoah if you think I could help you in this area please e-mail me at cmaynard@onemain.com Good Luck Chuck Maynard
