My great-great-grandfather, Henry Jackson Sorrells, was a corporal in the 25th North Carolina Regiment, Company F. He was from Haywood County. He died at Petersburg, Virginia and is buried at the Blandford Church Cemetary. His wife Adrah (Cathey) Sorrells is buried here in Haywood County at the Bethel Methodist Church Cemetary. There are several members of the 25th buried there also. Lt. Thadeous Blalock, one of the Company F officers killed at Warm Springs, NC is there. Contact me at hairball11@hotmail.com.
