Abstracts of the Wills and Estate Records of Granville Co, North Carolina 1746-1808

Jacob HOLSTON wills to wife CATHERINE all lands until my eldest son is of age and then to all my sons; to eldest son JOHN my shotgun; to my wife and daughters all my household goods and furniture and stock until they married, then to each have her part; at death of wife, all divided to my daughters.
Executers: my wife CATHERINE, HENRY STRAITOR
WITNESSES: JACOB VINCENT, SUSANNA WADE, JOHN HATCHER
Note: witness Susanna Wade MAY BE sister Susanna listed in Jacob's father Nicholas Holstein's will!
"I give and bequeth to Catherine my dearly beloved wife my lands till my eldest son becomes of age. Then to be equally divided among my well beloved sons and to my eldest son John my shot gun and to my wife and daughters my stock of ?house goods and furniture till any daughter marries then to have her part, it is all to be equally divided amongst my daughters after my wife has her equal part her lifetime and after her decease to be equally between my daughters..."
Jacob married Catherine Strador on Feb 17, 1780 in Granville Co, NC then died in 1794 after only 14 years of marriage. All children were underage. Only the eldest son, John Holstein, was mentioned by name. How do I locate records of how the land was divided once the sons became of age and could claim it? ("Then to be equally divided among my well beloved sons") and hopefully those records would mention the sons by name.
I believe my ancestor Nicholas Holstein/Holston is a son of this Jacob Holstein and Catherine Strador and I am hoping the division of the land records would be able to prove it.
Family biography lists Nicholas coming from Germany, but passed down information, and census records show Nicholas coming from early settlers of North Carolina. The above Jacob Holstein is listed in the will of his father, of all names, Nicholas Holstein, who wrote in German giving permission for one of his underage daughters to marry. I believe this is the Nicholas Holstein that came from Germany and that family information that was passed down confused the two Nicholas Holsteins! The elder came from Germany and the younger grandson came from North Carolina.
Any information on this family would be appreciated. I need names of sons and daughters and if anyone could point me in the direction I would need for records that might show the names. I am assuming that the division of the land once they became of age would be the most obvious; I just do not know where the start looking.
