Gina,

You need to look at the estate records. I am not aware of anywhere online where they are available. Since the children were all minors, they would have had a guardian appointed. There would then be Guardian accounts. In one or both of those files you would probably find details of the children. Many of the Guardian accounts have been abstracted and printed.

Both sets of records are held at the North Carolina Archives in Raleigh. You could try to contact them about copying the files and sending them to you.
