Mr. Carroll,
You may want to try Boylston Baptist Church Cemetary, there were Fulchers that lived across the road and they did attend Church there at times. I grew up with a Mike and Eddie Fulcher.
The Church is located on Highway 280 on the right not long before you enter Transylvania County.
