NC who maried Frances Sinclair in 1761. He had one daughter, Elizabeth. He probably died before 10 Jan 1765 as several returns were made by the guardian of daughter Elizabeth (Hyde Co. Accounts, 10 Jan 1765; 17 June 1765; Joseph Adams Guardain to account at court for administration of estate from 1766 - 5 Mar 1767.
