Nicholas BOOTY was a Witness in Will of (John )Guilford SILVERTHORN a residence of Hyde Prec. on April 5, 1737-1738. Also signed by John & Roger MASON. John Guilford was son of Sebastian (& Mary) SILVERTHORNE who died in Sanford, Accomack Co., VA, Jan 1713 @ age 40. Guildford's wife was named Jane and their son was Sebastin
Nicholas BOOTY was a Witness along with ? Sawastin (Sebastian) SILVERTHORN and Edward HADLY on 10 Jul 1738 for John AVERY, shipwright, to Abraham EASTER, both of Hyde prect, Bath Co., NC, along east side of Machapongo River, which was formerly Thomas GIDINGS and now land of Simon FOSQUES.
