If he should die before Rachel is of age, desires she shall choose as Guardians Charles Jervis and James Todd. Exec: Dau. Rachel Wilson Mason and friends Charles Jervis and James Todd. Letters granted to Rachel Wilson Mason. Codicil: Sept. 9 1806. Considering distressed situation of dau. Mary Freman leaves her an annuity. Friend James Todd having died, appoints Exec. Samuel Burkloe. Witnesses to codicil: John Elliott Cresson and William Andrews.
