My GGG Grandfather AQUILLER/QUILLER WILLIANS was born in NC. I knlw he and his wife Martha (Anderson?) lived in Tredell county but somewhere about 1836 moved to warren county, MO. I need his parents name. I think Aquilla was born about 1790, is it posspble nto get a record of birth?
