Looking for info on the Arthurs of Iredell Cnty

Looking for any information on the Arthurs family of Iredell county/Mooresville/Bear Poplar areas. I have a good bit, but am looking for specific information on William Arthurs, born circa 1740 and earlier. I believe my grandfather, Gurney Floyd, was the first to leave Iredell and move to Chatham county. He married Vera Mae Karriker.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
