I found a marriage for Lottie Brotherton, born 1885, Lincoln County, NC in 1907 in Iredell to a Roderick
Brown. Then I find Lottie gave birth in 1908 to Evelyn
Brown-father, Dewitt (e) Brown, born 1883. Now I am
confused! Rather easy to do! I cant find Roderick in
NC in 1900-10-30 censuses. Also Dewitt Brown, not in
1900, 1920 or 1930(there is a Dewitt born in Wilkes Co.
in 1883, son of Noah and Mahalia who moved to MD in
1890's. Any suggestions appreciated.
