Hi James, the old County Home cemetery is off of Murdock Rd in Troutman. There is a road that turns somewhere between Engineered Sintered Components and the old Thomasville Furniture Plant. It goes back in some woods where the cemetery can be found. I don't know what condition the cemetery is in, or if anyone is maintaining it. There is an office in the old jail building in Statesville where all the old records on the cemeteries are kept.The Iredell Arts Council is there also. I think the ladies are there to help people find records between ten and two.The old jail is at 203 S Meeting St. Hope this helps.
