Pamela - Mt. Bethel was Basil Prather Meeting House until the name was changed about 1800. I have an old plate that was made as a Commemrative Plate with a drawing of the old church. Some very early settlers aroung Harmony attended Mt. Bethel, such Tomlinson, Summers, Gaither, etc.
