I an looking for info. on Daniel D. Davies (B) in Wales 1826 . He came to U.S. in the 1840s. Married Katherine abt. 1865. They lived in Culllowhee Twp. Jackson Co. until his death after 1920.Family history said they lived on a large farm named Forest Hills It was located were Western Caroline College now is located. Daniel & family are buried in the St. Davids Episcopal Church Cem. It is said he was a Judge and was on the Board of Trusties of the Western Caroline College.
