Looking for information on William Johnson who was married to Clary Gale. This William Johnson may have been related to Arthur B Johnson son of Barnaby Johnson since his first daughter was named Lucinda Adeline(Edy): the first name of Arthur B Johnson wife and his first son was named Arthur B Johnson. The other sons were named Gile and Lewis. The above William Johnson moved to Chesterfield County SC before 1820. My ggg grandfather Noel Johnson,(son of Joel Johnson) had moved to Chesterfield County SC in 1803 from Johnston County. I have a 25/25 dna match with a descendant of the above William Johnson. I believe this William Johnson was the same William involved in the court case involving a William Johnson deceased 1805. The case involved Milly Johnson (admin) verus William Johnson. The court made a ruling that Noel Johnson and Fanny Johnson had no claim on the estate. I would appreciate any information on William Johnson.
