Justice Parrish. D. July 5, 1808, Probate Aug. Ct. 1808
Wife, Avisilla - left 380 acres of land including plantation to wife for her life and after her death to daughter, Parasidia Parrish.
Left the following children 100 acres of land each: Branton, Johnson, John, Peter, Betsy, David, William, Justice, James. (note - this totals 900 acres)
Left the following children 5 shillings each: Sarah Swanson, Nancy Fleming, Patsy Parish, Netty Parish, Portoch Parish.
All remaining property to wife.
