I am looking for the parents of Esther Brady who married Lindsey Roberts in Johnston Co. Esther had a sister named Winifred who married James Lankford (Langford) in 1791. Esther and Lindsey moved to Hancock Co. GA. Winifred and James moved to Jones Co. GA. They had a brother named Richard who came to GA with his sisters and lived in Jones Co. for a while. He married in Jones Co. but he was not happy there and moved back to NC. The only Brady I can find on the 1790 Johnston Co. census who might possible be their father is William Brady. Does anyone have any information on this family? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
