I am researching the Smith family of Chatham County, N.C. It appears that Conner the son of Allen Smith and Sarah Sobrina Bray lived in Lee County. He had a farm named the Virgin Farm and also a car dealership in Sanford. I am interested in talking to anyone who is related to this family. I have a copy of a letter written by Conner Smith to his sister Anna Maria Smith that I would be willing to share along with ancestors of Allen and Sobrina.
