Does anyone have any information on this old church. I know that it no longer exists (just the ruins are still around) and that the old cemetery is in rough shape. It is located near Broadway, NC. My ggggrandfather was buried there in 1902 (I suspect he was one of the last ones buried there).
I need to know if the records and congregation were assimilated into another church, or where records (if they existed) might have been sent when the church was abondonded.
Perhaps someone out there knows something about this old church's history. Perhaps the Methodist community in the area might ask their church leadership about this long forgotten Methodist church.
Any leads appreciated.
