Fran, I am also researching your line. Although not directly in it, the Harringtons and Browns are so intermarried into several of the lines that I am connected with, I decided to backtrace into the Harrington and Brown surnames to fill in some blanks and hopefully help in my research on the Rosser/Wicker/Jones surnames that I am currently working. I have a book that was written back in 1982 by Martha Harrington (done before computer research). In it is a letter that I assume is now in the Harrington Book published last year (have not been able to afford as of yet). However, the information in this book has been quite accuarte as far as I have researched and verified. The names of the 16 children are: (note: 10 sons, 6 daughters) "Two of the girls died young and all of the boys reached manhood. Andrew Sion Hill Elias B. John William Abner Minter Frank Charles Anson Archibald Nancy Mary" There were no dates listed in the letter that is reprinted in the book. This letter was written by John Harrington, dated 1894. Mr. John Harrington was the son of Thomas Harrington, son of Sion Harrington brother of Drury Harrington. I hope this helps you with your search. Would love to include you line in my research.
