Does anyone have any information on the Nicholas SMITH, shown on the 1790 census (Newbern Dist.) of Dobbs Co., NC? He is shown as having 2 males under 16 yrs. and 6 females.
I believe one of these females was Aseneath, who m. Willoughby PATE abt. 1808, in probably Richmond Co., NC.
