Richard Nobles is the son of Philemon Noble born 25 Sep 1746 Craven County, NC - died before Nov 1782 - his estate was settled in Dobbs County, NC but said to of died in service during the Revolutionary War and wife Philapenna Miller born circa 1752 Craven County, NC and died July 1820 Lenoir County, NC.
