Searching for info on my Waldrop and Smith roots in Marshall twp of Madison Co, NC. Holcombe Branch or Creek is the specific area of the Smith's. I understand there is a cemetary there but I have had no luck locating anyone who knows the area. Please help.
I have limited info: Moses M. Waldrop married Francis (Fannie) Smith. She had several siblings: one was Ada Smith lived in Buncome Co and died at age 103. She was buried at Holcome Creek according to her obit.
