Also, this entry means that apparently William Bourne brought suit against William Mace (Jr.?) to contest the administration of the estate of William Mace (Sr.?). William Bourne apparently wanted to be administrator; I would interpret this entry to mean that Mr Bourne lost his suit and William Mace (Jr.?) was placed as Administrator of the estate of William Mace, with a copy of the Will attached to the court documents.
