AGNESS ANN JONES MARRIED 1793 MECKLENBURG

Need help with a Agness Ann Jones that married Moses McWhirter in 1793 in Mecklenburg Co., NC. Trying to find her parents. The only Jones family that I can come up with in that time frame was a Samuel Jones and wife Patience. Moses McWhirter seem to have close relations with the Samuel Jones family. Moses and Ann moved to TN. In the obituary of Ann Jones it stated that she was born in Maryland. Could she have been a relation of Samuel? Need help with this one please.
