1st, the 1890 census was destroyed by fire in the 1920's.
Therefore, there is a 20 yr. gap in the census records.
Since George was married abt. 1885, there will be no census records. Next step is to find out when NC started issuing death certificates. This will give DOB & DOD of the children born between 1885 & 1900 who died.
1900 - Anna claimed she has had 7 children & 4 are living.
