Thanks--I suspect that was a different Levi Hipp, however. Our Levi W. and Mary Ann died four months apart in 1899, and were buried in the Blue Ridge Cemetery near Summit, AL. I have 9 children for them including an "L. Hipp" and an "L. M. Hipp", so your Levi could be one of those.
I'm hoping to work backwards and find out something about Mary Ann's siblings or parents.
