i am looking for the family of claude stanley savage, his father was supposidly benj t. savage born in NC 1870. so far i have found nothing to support that. elizabeth(bessie) turner savage, claudes sister, married J.P. McDowell in edgecombe county NC., claude lived with thomas f chery before Bessie married then lived with her. in censuses after 1900 benj t. is in Montana with wife martha(mattie) finley and 2 more kids, alice and benj.jr, Martha was in Kentucky with both kids before 1900 with her father, RRobt T finley. i would appreciate any help i can gewt to locate the savage family.
