Excelsior Springs is located in MO. Claude died in Clay county, MO at the VA hospital. He lived in Kansas City, MO.

Searching google.com I could not find an Excelsior Springs in ARK.

Claud[e] is a WWI vet.
He was born in Flemingsburg, KY
