Parker that moved from Mass Bay Colony to NC

Thomas Parker, baptize 31 Mar 1609, m. Bridget Carrier and immigrated from London in 1635 to the Mass. Bay Colony. Through his un-named son, a named grandson Thomas Parker, 1713- 1733, b.North Carolina. I am very very interested if anyone has his father's name. I can't figure out who moved to North Carolina. By the way this line goes, the missing Parker was probably a Peter, Thomas or John. Does anyone have someone born in Mass, died in NC that would fit these kind of dates?
